Minwoo Park

Mr. Park, Min Woo has served in a variety of positions at the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Financial Services Commission (FSC). Before assuming his role as Director General of the Capital Market Bureau of the FSC, he worked for Financial Innovation Bureau, Financial Industry Bureau, Capital Markets Division, etc. He also served at Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Russia and Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in Ho Chi Minh. From 2015 through 2016, he was involved as Director in the Economy and Financial Secretary Division of the Office of the President.

He earned his master’s degree at Cornell Law School in 2004 and received his bachelor’s degree in Economics at Seoul National University.
